Lifeline Lucy ("we," "us") is operated by NxLeads LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use lifelinelucy.com and how it is used and shared.
What we collect
- What you enter in our forms: your name, phone number, email, state, age range, tobacco use and answers about the coverage you want.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here, and the time of your visit.
- A record of your visit and consent. We use TrustedForm to keep a certificate that shows the form and consent language you saw and agreed to.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records.
How we use it
To connect you with licensed insurance agents and agencies, to confirm your request, to measure and improve our advertising, to keep records of consent, and to comply with the law.
How we share and sell it
Sharing your request is how the service works. We sell and share the information you submit with our marketing partners, which include licensed insurance agents, agencies and companies that connect consumers with them. We may share your request with more than one partner, both when you submit it and later. Partners use it to contact you about the coverage you asked about and related insurance products. We also share data with service providers that run our website, forms, email and advertising (such as Meta), and when required by law.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ads and show relevant ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
- Stop texts by replying STOP. Stop calls by telling the caller, or by emailing us your phone number.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@nxleads.com. Partners who already received your request keep their own records; ask them directly as well.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, generally at least five years.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
